Sound Energy Foundations: Level One is an immersive, experiential workshop designed for curious beginners and wellness practitioners who want to explore sound healing from both an educational and embodied perspective. This workshop introduces the foundational principles of sound therapy and how vibration interacts with the nervous system and energy body to support relaxation, regulation, and overall wellness. Participants will explore a variety of sound healing instruments, experience what it feels like to both receive and play sound intentionally, and gain a deeper understanding of how sound and energy work together as a gentle, supportive modality. No prior musical or sound healing experience is required. This training is accessible and focused on felt experience rather than performance. This workshop is ideal for: -Curious beginners drawn to sound, vibration, and energy healing -Yoga teachers, Reiki practitioners, massage therapists, and wellness professionals -Energy workers looking to deepen their understanding of sound as a supportive modality -Caregivers, space holders, and facilitators seeking nervous system–friendly tools -Anyone interested in learning how sound healing works beyond simply receiving it This training is not about musical skill or perfection. It is about awareness, intention, and embodied experience. Meet Your Facilitators Cassie is a Sound Therapist, Reiki Master, and Yoga & Aerial Yoga Instructor who has been working with sound healing since 2017, weaving vibration and energy awareness into group classes, private sessions, and sound journeys. Jason is a Qigong instructor, Reiki Master Teacher, and Sound Therapist whose work centers on breath, movement, and embodied energy awareness. Together, they co-facilitate experiences through Macrocosm Roots that blend sound, movement, and subtle energy practices to support grounding, relaxation, and self-connection.
