Come with us on a sonic voyage of healing and renewal!
The heart of our sessions is a harmony of frosted crystal, Buddhist temple, Tibetan, and aluminum singing bowls. We accentuate the bowls with various soothing sound healing instruments like the water-inspired ocean drum and rain stick. We also incorporate conscious backing music with binaural beats and lyrics of intention and affirmation taking you on a journey of sound and self-discovery.

Aerial Yoga Bodywork~Intermediate
Join Cassie in this 75 min indoor class that combines stretching, strength building, and a pilates-style whole-body workout with the assistance of the aerial silk hammock. This class will introduce more challenging aerial poses in the silk.
**Previous Aerial Yoga experience is required to register for this class.

Qigong Bodywork~ Intermediate Level
Have you ever wanted to take your Qigong skills to the next level? Join Jason in this Intermediate Qigong class to take your Qigong practice to deeper levels of understanding.

This class is designed for those who want to further their qigong practice. The routines featured in this session help condition the overall body, muscles, tendons, and mind. All exercises taught in this class will help students deepen their physical and spiritual connection to the universal life force known as “chi.” Dynamic and challenging exercises are maintained for the class duration. Qigong for Beginners is not a prerequisite but it is beneficial to have completed a qigong class before taking Qigong Bodywork.
