GRIEF SUPPORT A sacred space to process and soften the weight of loss. This session offers Reiki and sound healing focused on grief relief, gentle yoga, breathwork, and personalized support. Whether you're navigating the passing of a loved one, the loss of a pet, or a major life transition like a breakup or job change, this experience may also include a customized ceremony or honoring ritual to bring peace and presence to your healing process.
