More flow, more breath with the option to explore gentle strength. Set to a grounding yet uplifting playlist, this class emphasizes fluid movement, stability, and awareness while allowing the hammock to support balance, reduce joint strain, and offer a deeper sense of trust in each pose. The hammock acts as an extension of your mat; assisting with alignment, relieving pressure on the wrists, knees, hips, and spine, and providing safe support for exploration.
